Reflecting on his appointment, Dr. El-Nemr shared, "Eastern View High School has been my professional home for the past four years, and I am deeply grateful for the relationships, experiences, and opportunities that have shaped my journey as an educator and leader. It has been a privilege to serve our students, staff, and families as an assistant principal, and I am grateful and humbled by the opportunity to continue that work as principal.” He continued, “Having served as an educator and administrator in Culpeper County Public Schools for nearly two decades, I am deeply invested in the success of our schools and the future of our students.”
Looking ahead to his leadership at Eastern View, Dr. El-Nemr said, "I look forward to building upon Eastern View's strong tradition of excellence by supporting staff growth, strengthening instructional leadership, fostering meaningful partnerships with families and the broader community, and ensuring that every student is supported, challenged, and prepared for success beyond high school. I am honored by the trust placed in me by Culpeper County Public Schools and excited to work alongside our Cyclone community as we continue to learn, lead, and succeed together."
