CULPEPER, VA – May 16, 2026 – Under sunny skies and surrounded by proud families, friends, faculty, and staff, Culpeper County Public Schools celebrated the accomplishments of the Class of 2026 during commencement ceremonies held Saturday, May 16, 2026,  at Culpeper County High School (CCHS) and Eastern View High School (EVHS).

The ceremonies honored graduates for their academic achievements, career readiness, military commitments, and plans for higher education as they prepared to begin the next chapter of their lives.

Culpeper County High School – Class of 2026

The Culpeper County High School Class of 2026 included 288 graduates who are well prepared for their postsecondary pathways.

By the Numbers:

  • 86 graduates plan to enter the workforce

  • 11 graduates plan to join the military

  • 38 graduates plan to attend nursing, trade, or technical schools

  • 60 graduates plan to attend a 2-year college

  • 93 graduates plan to attend a 4-year college or university

Additionally:

  • 277 graduates earned a Career and Technical Education Diploma Seal

  • A majority also earned an industry credential or state license

  • 97 graduates earned a combined 2,439 college credits

  • 21 graduates earned an associate degree while still in high school

Eastern View High School – Class of 2026

The Eastern View High School Class of 2026 included 362 graduates prepared for employment, enlistment, and enrollment opportunities beyond high school.

By the Numbers:

  • 126 graduates plan to enter the workforce

  • 20 graduates plan to join the military

  • 15 graduates plan to attend nursing, trade, or technical schools

  • 101 graduates plan to attend a 2-year college

  • 94 graduates plan to attend a 4-year college or university

Additionally:

  • 339 graduates earned a Career and Technical Education Diploma Seal

  • A majority of graduates also earned an industry credential or state license

  • 118 graduates earned a combined 3,476 college credits

  • 34 graduates earned an associate degree while still in high school

Culpeper County Public Schools applauds the dedication and perseverance demonstrated by the graduates throughout their educational journeys and recognizes the support provided by families, teachers, staff members, and the community.

As the Class of 2026 moves forward, graduates leave CCPS equipped with the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to pursue their goals and make meaningful contributions in their communities and beyond.
