Anniversary year to feature “25 Days of Career Partners,” commemorative silver branding, limited-edition merchandise, and a culminating celebration at the E-Squared Finals on May 1, 2026
CULPEPER, Va. — Career Partners, Inc. (CPI), the nonprofit organization that has spent the last quarter-century bringing Culpeper’s classrooms and business community together, is proud to announce the launch of its 25th anniversary celebration beginning January 2026.
Since 2000, CPI has helped thousands of Culpeper County students explore career pathways, engage in hands-on learning, and prepare for life beyond high school, all while uniting educators, employers, and community leaders around a shared mission.
New Anniversary Branding: Celebrating 25 Years in Silver
As part of its milestone year, CPI has unveiled a special 25th anniversary logo and theme centered on silver, symbolizing both the organization’s longevity and the strength of its partnerships. The commemorative branding features the tagline:
“The Power of Partnership: 25 years of uniting business and education.”
This theme reflects the heart of CPI’s work, two decades of collaboration between Culpeper County Public Schools and local businesses coming together to prepare students for their futures.
Limited-edition anniversary items featuring the new logo designed by Xpress Copy will be available for purchase in 2026 through Kash Imprints, giving community members, businesses, and alumni the chance to celebrate and support CPI’s mission.
“25 Days of Career Partners”: A Storytelling Campaign Across the Community
Beginning in January, CPI will launch “25 Days of Career Partners,” a story-driven social media campaign highlighting the people, programs, and moments that shaped CPI over the last 25 years. The series will feature:
Milestone moments in CPI history
Student and alumni success stories
Teacher, mentor, and business partner highlights
Board of Directors spotlights
Signature initiatives and community partnerships
“On this day” throwbacks from January through May
Stories will be shared on CPI’s Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels and will steadily build toward the anniversary celebration in May.
A New Highlight Video + Anniversary Keepsakes
CPI is also producing a 25th anniversary video that will blend archival photos, new footage, and interviews with founding members, longtime partners, and program participants. This highlight reel will debut during the 2026 E² Finals.
Additional commemorative items—including a limited-edition shirt and VIP gifts—will also be shared with partners and supporters throughout the year.
Culminating Celebration: E-Squared Finals on May 1, 2026
The anniversary year will conclude with a special recognition at the E² (Entrepreneurial Energy) Finals on May 1, 2026 at CTEC. This event, open to the public and streamed through Culpeper Media, will celebrate CPI’s impact while honoring the students, teachers, mentors, and local businesses who continue to make experiential learning possible.
A Milestone Year Following the Launch of CPI’s New Website
The anniversary comes on the heels of another achievement: the recent launch of CPI’s redesigned website, built to better connect students with opportunities and highlight the many ways local businesses can get involved. The new online hub supports CPI’s ongoing mission and sets the stage for the next 25 years of growth.
