Request for Proposal #25-05-003 - Solid waste disposal andrecycling services
Request of Proposals (RFP) must be received prior to 2:00 p.m. on June 4, 2025. RFP’s must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked with the RFP number and title, and returned to the Culpeper County Public Schools, Facilities Services Department, 454 Radio Lane, Culpeper, Va. 22701.
Proposals received later than the designated time and specified date will be returned to the bidder unopened. Facsimile (Fax) copies of the proposal will not be accepted.
The School System reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any combination thereof and to waive any informality in the bidding process. RFP #25-04-002: Pest Control Services
The Culpeper County School Board is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide Pest Control Services for 14 locations. The initial contract will be for the period from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 with four (4) optional annual renewals covering July 1 through June 30 for the subsequent years. Offers will be received at the Culpeper County Schools Facility Services Department, 454 Radio Lane, Culpeper, Virginia 22701 until 2:00 p.m. on Monday June 2, 2025 at which time the receipt of offers will close.
