What the ITRT Does

• Provides basic troubleshooting and directs major repairs to the Help Desk

• Helps teachers integrate technology into daily instruction

• Supports the use of tools like Google Workspace, interactive boards, and classroom technology

• Shares and recommends new technology resources for classrooms

• Leads and supports technology professional development for staff

• Helps plan and implement school and division technology initiatives

• Keeps staff informed about new software and digital tools

• Supports communication with families through the school website and social media

Maintaining student privacy is a high priority for CCPS. Below is a list of all of the apps approved by CCPS for educational use in the classroom. These apps meet the criteria for student privacy according to the student privacy pledge. If an app is not listed below, the teacher must get approval first.

If you have an App, Chrome extension, or Software you would like to use in your classroom please click the Approval Form button below and fill out the required information. The list is looked at and approved once a month. Please contact your school's ITRT for any further questions.
