Our bus drivers have been out practicing their routes today getting ready for a great start to the 24-25 school year.
Families should expect to receive their bus information via text message on August 1, 2024. Routes will also be posted to the CCPS transportation website.
Parents/Guardians of students who were enrolled in Culpeper County Public Schools for the 2023-2024 school year should have received an email earlier today to complete a registration update for the 2024-2025 school year. This registration update for “returning students” is required in order for students to start school on August 7th.
If you completed a "New School Enrollment" for 2024-2025, you do not need to complete "Returning Student Registration."
It is extremely important that families log in to their parent portal account and complete the “returning student” registration for each child in school. This is an opportunity to review and update any changes to your address, phone numbers, email, health information, emergency contacts, and transportation plan for the new school year.
For issues logging in to Parent Portal or to request paper registration forms, families should contact their child’s school.

Today was letter Gg Game Day in our Z-A count back. The students brought games from home to teach and play with their friends. We also played a game of rock, paper, scissors after reading the book, The Legend of Rock, Paper, Scissors. #atthepark

On March 29th, Mrs. Smith's 5th grade class received their class reward from the NAACP of Culpeper. Mrs. Smith's Reading class was gifted the book titled "Black Artists Rock! The Cool Kids Guide A-Z" by Cara Reese for high participation in the NAACP's 2024 Black History Month Essay Contest. Congratulations!
