Happy Halloween from our adult learners! They helped make and deliver treats to Phoenix staff! #AltEd #WatchMeRise

It's a beautiful day to read a new book! #AltEd #WatchMeRise

Phoenix is home to a large depot, a space specifically designed for students to "shop" for clothes and other necessities. This week we had a number of community donations that were sorted and put away by Skylar and Kiera. It was a huge help! #AltEd #WatchMeRise

What are YOU reading? Mrs. Richardson's students are finishing "The Raven" by Edgar Allen Poe. #AltEd #WatchMeRise

Another great week at Verdun! Groundwork's participants practiced their "elevator interview" skills where they gave a 30 second snapshot to impress potential employers. Check out their amazing teamwork! #AltEd #watchmerise

It's not "goodbye" it's "see you later." We are so proud of Gabe for going above and beyond to meet his goals this 9 weeks. Even though he will be headed back to FTB Monday, he will always be a Phoenix! #watchmerise

Week 3 at Verdun was a blast! Groundwork's students broke down the parts of a resume that are most important to employers. Students also utilized verbal and nonverbal communication skills, along with teamwork, to complete low and high rope activities. #WatchMeRise #AltEd

Happy Principal Appreciation Week, Mr. Toler! We are thankful for all that you do!

Our middle schoolers are pros with embroidery! Check out this piece made by CMS 8th grader Danny Tox Ico!

We are in week 2 of the Groundwork's Project at Verdun! This week students worked on identifying potential career matched based on their strengths and weaknesses. They put their strengths to the test on both high and low ropes obstacles through team building activities #AltEd
