We are excited to welcome Michele Boley to the Phoenix family! Michele brings a wonderful combination of compassion, experience, and a genuine commitment to helping others feel valued and supported.

A Certified Nursing Assistant with 11 years of experience, Michele has provided care in a variety of settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and private care. Her experience includes supporting individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, as well as two years of medication administration. She is also CPR and First Aid certified.

What makes Michele especially well-suited for Phoenix is her belief that everyone deserves to feel valued, supported, and empowered to be themselves. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about helping people maintain their independence, discover their strengths, and find meaningful ways to participate in their communities. We are thrilled to have her join Phoenix and look forward to the positive impact she will make with our Post High students and staff!
