In compliance with state and federal requirements regarding the continuance of telecommunication services to the Division, service providers are requested to visit the USAC Form 470 postings for listed services, to wit, broadband for Internet greater than 43 mbs to include Class C IP allocations; 8 local loops for WAN; 6 Internet access for elementary schools equal to, greater than 6 mbs; POTS with state, local and long distance; PRI inbound DiD service for local phone access; cell phones with PTP messaging; and outbound calling on dedicated PRI (currently 3 mg capacity).
We will not consider 3rd party resellers of services. All vendors must be USAC certified.
