REPORTING PER PUPIL COSTS 

            Each parent, guardian or other person having control or charge of a child enrolled in the Culpeper County school division shall be notified, in writing, of the estimated per pupil cost for public education in the school division for the coming year.

            Such notification will be given using forms developed by the Board of Education for this purpose.
