REGULAR SCHOOL BOARD MEETINGS

The School Board will transact all business at official School Board meetings. Except as otherwise provided by law, all meetings of the School Board shall be open to the public.

The meetings of the School Board shall be held as specified by the School Board. The date, time, and location of a regular meeting of the School Board may be changed by the chairman provided each member is duly notified, or a reasonable attempt has been made to notify each member.
