As of August 2012, CCPS is the largest employer in the county with 547 teachers, 153 para-educators, 39 administrators, 34 support staff, 8 technology employees, 10 librarians, 20 guidance counselors, 10 nurses, 54 clerical staff, 107 bus drivers and aides, 5 bus mechanics, 61 food service workers, 80 custodians, 15 maintenance workers and 12 lunchroom monitors.
