Adopted PTO Bylaws

Hosted 4 teacher appreciation luncheons

Held Spirit Days/Raffle once per month during lunch and at special events

Purchased 2 picnic tables for the teachers

Purchased large popcorn popper and cart

Sold refreshments and spirit items at home games

Sold candy bars to raise money

Sponsored Magazine fundraiser

 Provided money for core classroom teachers to purchase teaching aids above and beyond the budget

 Hosted a 97th birthday celebration for Rev. Floyd T. Binns

 Provided remembrances to faculty during Teacher Appreciation Week

Initiated a PTO Website, monthly newsletter and e-mail notification list to keep parents informed

Initiated a Corporate Fundraising program (i.e. General Mills Boxtops, etc.) to help earn money for our school

Initiated Adopt-a-Book program for the library

Sent birthday cards to faculty and staff

Sold spirit wear during sports season

Sponsored a reward each month for the class who brought in the most labels

Sponsored a reward each month for the class who returned the most newsletter coupons

Sponsored a reward incentive each month for the teacher whose class returned the most newsletter coupons

Scheduled Parent Teacher Conferences

Scheduled volunteers for book fairs

Scheduled volunteers for the dinner theatre

Sponsored a county wide PTO breakfast

Served as volunteers for school functions as needed
